Performa Liquid Assets Fund (USD) (the "Fund") (Bloomberg identifier: PERLQAI BH) is an open-ended mutual fund incorporated in Bermuda.  The Fund aims to achieve income through investments in cash and near cash instruments.  The Performa Liquid Assets Fund has been rated AAAm by Standard & Poor’s Fund Ratings and, since inception, has consistently performed above its benchmark.

Letter of Credit Facility: Comerica and Barclays Bank PLC should value the Shares, for collateral purposes, at 100% of the Net Asset Value per Share at the time of issuance of any letter of credit.

Performa International Bond Fund (USD) (the "Fund") (BSX Ticker: PERIBFU BH) is an open-ended mutual fund incorporated in Bermuda.  The Fund’s primary investment objective is to provide long term capital appreciation through an optimized mix of investment grade securities across international markets and maintaining a relatively short duration that will not exceed six years.

Letter of Credit Facility: Comerica and Barclays Bank PLC should value the Shares, for collateral purposes, at 90% of the Net Asset Value per Share at the time of issuance of any letter of credit.

Performa International Convertible Bond Fund (USD) (the "Fund") (Bloomberg identifier: PERICFU BH) is an open-ended mutual fund incorporated in Bermuda.  The Fund offers a diversified portfolio with exposure to global equity markets, but with little currency exposure.  Our active management creates a portfolio with characteristics desirable for clients seeking portfolio insurance with an upward shifting floor or for clients investing for an intermediate fixed time period.
